Join Kansas City Walking Tours for a unique walking and streetcar tour. We start the tour hearing about the history of streetcars in Kansas City. From there we hop off in the Library District for a look at a few historic buildings and the stories of Kansas CIty's past. Tours generally venture to the historic River Market District.

Guests will learn about the recent downtown revitalization   Discover the “people’s history” of Kansas City and the struggles of many lesser known players including the first female attorney. We'll take a detour inside two of Kansas City's history buildings. From there we'll take a walk around Film Row and hear about the connection between Kansas City and Hollywood, in addition to tales of Tom Pendergast and his political machine.
